Sarah established Aspire in 2013 as a newly qualifed Beauty Therapist with an exciting vision.
On the day of her 21st Birthday she opened her salon in Latrobe and has been guiding her salon from strength to strength for the eight and a half years since.
We believe that true client satisfaction comes as a result of consistency. Sarah has passed on her extensive knowledge and skills through intense training to her team of Qualified Beauty Therapists. The same methods and quality of treatments are performed throughout the salon, therefore, Aspire’s clientele can experience flexibility in booking and confidence being in the hands of any of our experienced Beauty Therapists.

QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST
Professional learning and growth are highly valued and have led Sarah to continuously grow her repertoire of skills and knowledge in a range of treatments over the years. In addition to her Beauty Certification Sarah has gained qualifications in Massage Therapy, Cosmetic Tattooing, Volume Lashes, Threading and most recently IPL Hair Removal treatments. To this date, Sarah has been working in the Beauty Industry for over 12 years with a loyal and growing client base.
Jess
QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST
Jess has been with Aspire since its establishment in 2013. As a 14 year old in one of her very first jobs, Jess would spend her after school hours and weekends keeping the salon tidy and organised behind the scenes. Jess completed a school-based traineeship in Beauty Therapy during her high school years and became a Qualified Therapist at the impressive age of 17 years old. In the 8.5 years since, Jess has continued her learning by adding Lash Extensions and Threading to her Qualifications and has grown a loyal client base. With a family background in farming, Jess is no stranger to hard work and continues to go above and beyond to ensure the upmost satisfaction of her clients and the smooth and successful running of Aspire on a daily basis. When she is not in the salon, Jess can be found in her flannelette shirt, rounding up cattle or building fences on the family farm. To this date, she is still the only Beauty Therapy Trainee known to Sarah who was dropped off to the salon in a cattle truck.

Ella
QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST
Ella joined Aspire in 2014 having recently completed college. As Sarah’s youngest sister, Ella was no stranger to beauty treatments and the behind the scenes workings of the salon. After filling a salon assistant role for this period, Ella began studying for her Beauty Qualification in 2015. Ella’s dedication to mastering the art of Acrylic Nails and passion for nail art have seen her grow an extensive client base who give raving reviews about her ability to create flawless nails. Ella has since gained additional qualifications in Threading, and most recently IPL hair removal and as a result of her passion for growing her skillset in a range of areas, has also taken on the role of Social Media Manager at Aspire.
Emma

Emms joined the team in July 2022 and is currently studying her Beauty Therapy Qualification.
Emma brings a fresh face to the team and compliments the Aspire team beautifully with her bubbly and attentive personality.
Emma looks forward to growing her clientele and servicing exisiting clients as she completes her qualifications for a range of beauty services.
