Sarah established Aspire in 2013 as a newly qualifed Beauty Therapist with an exciting vision.
On the day of her 21st Birthday she opened her salon in Latrobe and has been guiding her salon from strength to strength for the eight and a half years since.
We believe that true client satisfaction comes as a result of consistency. Sarah has passed on her extensive knowledge and skills through intense training to her team of Qualified Beauty Therapists. The same methods and quality of treatments are performed throughout the salon, therefore, Aspire’s clientele can experience flexibility in booking and confidence being in the hands of any of our experienced Beauty Therapists.

Professional learning and growth are highly valued and have led Sarah to continuously grow her repertoire of skills and knowledge in a range of treatments over the years. In addition to her Beauty Certification Sarah has gained qualifications in Massage Therapy, Cosmetic Tattooing, Volume Lashes, Threading and most recently IPL Hair Removal treatments. To this date, Sarah has been working in the Beauty Industry for over 12 years with a loyal and growing client base.Â
Jess
QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST
Jess has been part of Aspire since the salon opened in 2013, starting behind the scenes after school and on weekends before completing her school-based traineeship in Beauty Therapy.Qualified by the age of 17, Jess has since continued to grow her skills with additional qualifications. Known for her hard work, care, and dedication, she has built a loyal client base and plays an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of Aspire.
Ella
QUALIFIED BEAUTY THERAPIST
Ella has been part of the Aspire team since 2014, beginning as a salon assistant before completing her beauty qualification in 2015.She is best known for her flawless acrylic nails and creative nail art, building a loyal client base who love her attention to detail. Ella has also gained qualifications in threading and IPL hair removal, and brings her creativity to Aspire’s social media as the salon’s Social Media Manager.
Grace
JUNIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST
Grace joined us in January 2026 as our Junior Beauty Therapist, bringing with her a love for all things beauty, a dancers eye for detail and a genuine love of a good chat. Grace currently offers a growing range of beauty services and offers appointments on a Wednesday & Thursday.
